The Royal Society of Chemistry (RSC) is an internationally recognized academic institution and a major communications agency and publisher of chemical information. Hundreds of chemical conferences a year. Founded in 1841 by a consortium of about 45,000 chemical researchers, faculty and industrialists, the journal and its databases have been the core journals and authoritative databases in the chemical field. The majority of RSC journals are cited by SCI and are the most cited chemical journals.
