1. Science and technology search personnel operational capacity requirements

1.1 Check the new membership requirements:

(2) To accept the qualification training of the State for the technology search and examination and obtain the certificate of checking the new recruits;

(4) have good professional ethics;

(5) Bachelor degree or above, intermediate or above professional and technical titles.

1.2 Check the new auditor qualification requirements

2. Check the new staff training system
